How They Do It
NCM work with venues to establish a list of assets that are no longer needed and can be sold, from there they manage the entire project on your behalf. They value and lot the items for sale, load them onto an online auction platform, market and run the auction and then collect payments and organise collections.
Once collections has taken place, a financial statement is sent to you detailing how much revenue has been generated. NCM deduct an event fee and their management fee from this total, which leaves you with the lion’s share of profit, normally in the region of 65%.
You then invoice them for your share and they pay you.
