Patrons download the Inventi Systems App to get useful information such as F&B/toilet queuing times and wayfinding information, whilst being sent relevant promotional offers.
The venue operations and safety team uses the information to help crowd control, make safety decisions, deploy staff, analyse pinch points and make fact-based decisions.
